Colour-Rail has been trading for over thirty years, building its reputation as a supplier of high quality duplicate colour slides depicting steam, diesel and electric railway locomotives as well as Trams and Trolleybuses from the 1930s to the present day.

Slides continue to be available being described in detail our Catalogues and supplements. You can order slides on line if you wish.

However our website now allows you to download a host of new images of both rail and road transport or order prints on line. Despite our name, we now also offer Black & White views (we resisted the urge to call that service Mono-Rail) and so now we have images from 1900 to the present day for your delectation and delight. There is also a completely new section for the bus enthusiast.

We will not compromise on the quality of our colour slides and neither do we intend to supply you with substandard images on line. However it has to be kept in mind that some images are extremely rare and taken at times when film and cameras were not of the quality available today. By allowing you to see the images before you buy, you have the opportunity to see if they meet your needs- you may just find that illusive piece of detail or the last image that you wanted for your collection amongst the thousands to be seen on line here.
